Privacy

Adore LLC collects the information needed to prepare a purchased rebate packet, communicate about the order, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting duties.

Information we collect

• Payment contact and transaction details provided through Stripe. We do not receive full card numbers.
• Contractor, customer, property, utility, equipment, and job information submitted through the secure intake.
• The files needed to prepare the packet.
• Limited security events such as order reference, request result, and timestamp. Application logs exclude names, email addresses, street addresses, original filenames, uploaded content, raw IP addresses, Stripe session IDs, and access tokens.

How we use it

We use order information only to prepare, correct, deliver, support, refund, secure, and account for the purchased service. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Stripe processes payment. Supabase provides private object storage. Resend delivers transactional email. Each provider processes information under its own terms.

Retention

Uploaded job files and intake metadata are retained for 30 days after packet delivery, then deleted unless a dispute, correction request, legal obligation, or written customer request requires a longer period. Payment and accounting records may be retained as required by law.

Requests

Email orders@adorellc.pro to request access, correction, or deletion. Include the order reference when available. Some payment records must be retained for accounting and fraud prevention.
