The handoff

Three steps from job folder to signature.

01

Pay the fixed fee

Stripe handles the $149 payment. Your receipt includes a private intake link.

02

Upload the job records

Send the proposal or invoice, AHRI certificate, assessment record, equipment details, and any completed forms.

03

Receive the packet

We prepare the application and supporting PDF, then send the packet for customer review and signature.

Current program checks

Built around the 2026 requirements.

We check the job against the current public program materials. Program sponsors make every eligibility and payment decision.

Questions

Before you send a job.

Do you submit the rebate?

We prepare the application and supporting packet for customer signature. Submission remains with the contractor or customer unless a separate written scope says otherwise.

Do you guarantee approval or payment?

No. Mass Save and its sponsors decide eligibility, approval, inspection requirements, and payment. We guarantee the preparation work described here and include one correction for our preparation error.

What files should I send?

Send the final proposal or invoice, AHRI certificate or reference number, equipment model numbers, installation date, HPIN company ID, customer and utility details, and the relevant home energy assessment or weatherization records.

What if something is missing?

We send a short missing-items note. The next-business-day clock begins after the complete set arrives.

How are job files handled?

Files move through encrypted connections into private storage. They are never placed at public object URLs. Read the security summary for the controls and retention policy.
