Service terms

Service

The $149 fee covers preparation of one customer-signature-ready 2026 Massachusetts residential air-source heat-pump rebate packet from records supplied for one job. The included work is listed on the order page.

Timing

Complete files received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day are prepared by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time the next business day. A missing-items note pauses the delivery clock until the requested records arrive. Holidays and events outside reasonable control may extend timing, and we will communicate any change.

Customer responsibilities

You must be authorized to share the records, provide accurate information, review the prepared packet, obtain required signatures, and submit it through an accepted channel. You remain responsible for installation quality, licensing, program compliance, and statements made to the program.

Program decisions

Mass Save and its sponsors control eligibility, inspections, approval, and payment. Purchase of this service does not guarantee rebate approval or payment. We do not provide legal, tax, engineering, or licensing advice.

Correction

One correction is included when a program reviewer flags the packet because of our preparation error. Send the written flag within 14 days of receipt. Changes caused by new facts, changed program rules, altered equipment, or missing source records are outside the included correction.

Refunds

You may request a full refund before preparation begins. Requests after preparation begins are reviewed based on work completed. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Adore LLC's total liability for the service is limited to the service fee paid for the affected order. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
